Lets just cut a good deal with Navajo and Hualapai, give them a substantial share and a lot of motivation to help progress the project.
And surely if E3 can get a 23 million dollar grant for their DLE tech we can at least get a 20-30 million dollar loan for the first module to actually be producing lithium.
