I'll make the assumption the large holder was a Canadian owner of Prairie who had to wait that long to sell the sequestered shares. And there is still one more of those shoes to drop, isn't there?
They probably put the proceeds into E3. Which does its research in Canada, not Tempe. So qualifies for Canadian government grants.
