In short they signed a royalty agreement which will give them 8m dollars US + a 2m dollar placement in the company.
This money will cover all drilling if their 47sq km.
Payment will be made upon reaching 3 stages.
1st stage in December upon signed the agreement
2nd stage upon reaching wait for it...... 1 million tonne resource
3rd stage is upon reaching their massive milestone of wait for it...... 3mt Lc
The placement funds can be used for their brine project however the 8m royalty must be used on the sedimentary lithium
Notice the milestones, now compare that resource to AZL and our goals
