The acquisition was mostly for the resource itself, we wont even be using PLIX for the pilot plant. Paul has said a few times there is a 3rd party DLE tech which has produced impressive results. Also noteworthy is Paul initially said the plan was for a 1k tpa first module but recently said that first module will be 6k.
