When it became clear BLM was going to be delayed they rolled the dice and acquired another project in Canada, it just so happens they are doing what they say and advancing the Prairie project nicely..
Or, it could be a CR pump... but its gone too hard IMO to be a CR pump,...they wouldn't make it that obvious..
and so far no speeding ticket?
