Management reckon Prairie can move into production by 1Q 2025, given it will be developed in a modular approach, as opposed to a heavy capex development process.
As to whether this will work is anyone’s guess, but positive results from the pilot plant is key.
The market is trying to ascribe a risked value for an asset that previously was not ascribed any value.
New tech comes with big risks, but this isn’t the first nor will be the last company to use new technology and have it work (or fail).
Management are confident it will work and they have driven the recent insto interest.
I invested for Big Sandy and assumed Prairie was a distraction. Given the time it takes to get BLM approval, it could turn out to be a master stroke.
