Why would they breach an evaluation agreement with a third-party supplier prior to awarding a contract. There could be multiply suppliers involved in this process, who may legally not want their name known if they are unsuccessful.
AZL have already statement that SLB has already been involved. SLB could be the supplier of a DLE resin used in extraction, or they may be designing the DLE column apparatus, or the whole extraction and purification process, or they may not.
Maybe AZL doing a deal with the third-party to reduce their OPEX by licencing out the PLix resin?
At this stage, no one really knows yet, so stop your endless whining and wait.
