"Since 2019, developed their relationships with Cemvita Factory (bio-leaching) and Prairie Lithium (DLE), oversaw AZL’s water source and re-use planning, metallurgical testing program and scoping study, their critical mineral and consumables supply chain plan, initial planning for their Lithium Research Center, contacts with battery customers, state and Federal funding opportunities, and use of electric semi tractors for consumables and products. As Doug is resident in Phoenix, he represented AZL on the board and Government Affairs and Lands committees of the Arizona Mining Association and looked after several of AZL’s project development and mining partner/public outreach activities."
