Car OEMs will not sign offtakes on stand alone DLE juniors. There is no stand alone DLE in commercial application at scale, they have no reason to do this. Looking at current offtakes from both battery manufacturers and car manufacturers, there's no reason to even think a offtake with Tesla is coming for AZL. Tesla need volume, AZL are still kicking stones in the dirt. No chance.
