After reading a snippet of the story by an undesirable in this forum. Explains how the OTC is useful for manipulation and hilighted so often by them.
I guess the OTC pump and dump mentality, while illegal for trading is something used predominantly in the US, as opposed to the ASX. here in Australia which has some more reporting and protections.
The undesirable is a trooper with his information sharing, which is mostly irrelevant from a non owner.
