it is a gift a steal, a behind close door shafting or shareholders.
it is it crimial behaviour to manipluate like this,
remiember our CEO constantly said we should be like the others, a billion$ MC.... yet offer, give away shares, free at 5cent? NOT ON, its worse than what CXO did!!
then the CEO said we are a 10timer, which would have valued CXO AT1.5O, YET A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER- GAVE AWAY SHARES AT 25CENT AND OR 30C WITH LOWER PRICED OPTIONS... YET SAID WE ARE BILLION$ COMPANY TOO,
