Ive been trading full time 20 years and in share market since 1985. The shares in AZL were issued at below terms FULL STOP. You cannot put in a price under listing rules 7.1 and then give shares away lower price. You will end up in Jail. The shares i repeat were issued at 5.1 cents. Company confirmed this to me.
