wait to shareholders add up the Total Capex for project, not just Well 1. phew. Investment will be hard as profit/payback is near impossible at these margins. CXO wont be the only mine on care and maintenance. Lepidolite can be turned on and off by Chinese, ensuring commodity price remains low for next few years.
Currently there is only a handful of western Li producers making money, only due to low opex and projects already built. Anything new will struggle with raising investment.
