GLN are doing it... for a higher opex (US$3,963/t), making a lower concentrated product that needs conversion to battery grade, out in the sticks of Argentina, and they have an offtake.
Daniel Jiminez worked for SQM for 30 years but you shouldn't take his opinion. You should take the opinion of the guy that thinks people in Saskatchewan cant drink coffee because boiling water turns into a solid ice block immediately after you pour it out of the kettle.
