Except for the fact that drilling extracting and depositing brine is a regular practice with known costs in Saskatchewan. The majority of the capital cost is bringing the brine to surface. There will be no surprises there. But if my name was Coto Dazzler Rinefart I would be waiting on the sidelines too, I wouldn't trust our board as far as you could throw them.
