What's the return at $15,750, less than 10%? You can make more than that, with less risk, opening a chain of Mongolian BBQ restaurants.
If you have $300 million and don't mind losing to inflation, then $12,000 does break even. The problem is that AZL does not have that much and is a supplicant to those who are looking for a minimal 20% return. That's why their first step in the Pricing Fantasy Scheme was to insist on a ridiculous starting point.
