Of course there's enough cash to drill the production wells -- the Canadian dilution had to guarantee that the proceeds would be used for that. The problem is that there's not enough cash to support the directors and officers in the style to which they are accustomed, and to pay the rent (and of course, fire insurance) on the Tempe warehouse. AZL is not drowning in its own brine, it is sinking into quicksand.
