Performance shares will be paid when we reach production and market cap reflects value to shareholders. If shareholders aren't making money, we won't be cording for and therefore cancelling performance rights... as clearly the Board, if that plays out means did not perform.
Options and performance shares exists but they do not form part of company valuation unless they get exercised or issued. They basically are there but not really until they are paid for in effort or capital.
