Same here Jess, taking tax losses..waiting for monday to see what happens. Mighy sell all and rebuy cheaper...best to wait..futures are up..
Personally I think tge deal is very flexible and if share price kicks with market sentiment we can change high SP quote to release shares to them.
But dilution is never good, unless there is something for the investors
