Though performance share,s dont get immediatly allocated they do appear on the share register at present approval of future transaction,s this is why the increased volume is reflected on current market hence the netc etc ...so it may appear as a dilution to one that is unaware that may consider investing...though it is not...3.8 billion is still the number but smoke and mirrior,s make,s it look like 4.4billion ....AZL still rocks....the other thing is that the market share price only reflects the simple valuation of the company based on day by day transactions on the exchange now for the real valuation you need to get into the complex acrivities of the company and that is a whole different story and thats why netc gave a o.075 pro forma valuation to make its business decision and even the mob that wants to give us credit also have a high valuation of AZL this is capitalism and AZL smells profitable.keep your cool and watch them drool...best of luck to those deserving....
