Back in March, AZL announced "Under the Mining Services Agreement, NTEC will apply their extensive experience in permitting and mining operations to the development of the Big Sandy Lithium Project in Arizona."
Now, NTEC announces "we don't really have anyone around here to work on permitting and mining operations, but we hope to hire an outsider soon to do it remotely from our headquarters 1400km away."
