US $4 minimum to list on Nasdaq, then have to maintain US $1 price. WonderBoy's ALJJ was $1.92 when it decided not to bother with Nasdaq. And yes, many foreign companies issue ADR's (American Depositary Receipts) because their share price is lower than the $4 minimum. The Not-Quite-Ready-For-Prime-Time ARR started out with a 50/1 ratio before deciding it should be raised to 80/1 ratio. That's about as big as the bundle gets. Issue an ADR with 500/1 and the laughter won't cease on Wall Street.
