We had an election last November. As a result, the Administration changed. The new Secretary of Interior was not confirmed until March. Her subordinate, the new director of BLM who has extensive experience working with Native American political groups, was not confirmed until September. From the top down, the new Administration is more sensitive to Native American issues than its predecessor. And yes, that is not just for reasons that are legal and moral, but also political.
And I can't sell for another 8 hours because I hold HWKMF, not AZL:ASX
