Selling $21M tax incentive is such a short-term thing and doubt that would be there plan and any attempt to sell (if in fact allowed), I suspect would be at a significant discount. AZL simply need to provide a more substantive release on the path to production timeline and funding (perhaps a significant offtake arrangement) and which hopefully is not too far away as we move into the 2nd half of calendar 2024!
