What explains it is that AZL has an ATM arrangement to sell shares when funds are needed -- and the lawyers representing it in this case, are expensive. This could have been avoided if the drill sites near Hakamwe had been omitted from the Phase 3 plan, but since those are the only places where lithium in commercial amounts can be found, they insisted on drilling once again where they had already drilled before.
