You have no hands on knowledge or experience on the process & how long the application process takes.. Read up on the 26D applications. Become a member of the NGWA & educate yourself on aquifers? Or sit on this forum & shake your rattle.. Next you’ll accuse them of fracking.. It’s your credibility that’s diminishing on each of your posts.
