When it says "Water at 80'," that means water at 80 feet. Maybe in Australia they don't teach you that single quote mark is abbreviation for feet, double quote mark is abbreviation for inches.
What the heck are you looking at, anyway, to get those figures?
What's interesting is that if BLM and AZL wanted to challenge the Montgomery hydrology report, they should have pointed out its mistake of not recognizing the "well" owned by Big Sandy was the recent one, never used for water, that was proposed for use -- not the current one used by the Hualapai for domestic and irrigation purposes. That's the one that, as of 2021, has groundwater at 69 feet below surface. I think Montgomery got that right, it's also found on more recent data on that well (#509509).
