BLM have their own hydrologists.
Since BLM is giving the green light and this project will benefit the state and America's national security I think it's in everyone's best interest a compromise is reached. AZL have already offered to build sound barriers, a cultural center and provide training and scholarships to Hualapai. It wont be an open pit mine, even though Hualapai and EarthJustice keep referring to it as one. Water use wont be high. Land reclamation will be done by NTEC. What else can AZL do to satisfy Hualapai concerns?
