Aside from the abundance of claims to sacred land, rivers, springs, clay, air, water, dirt, flowers and turtles - the trolling tactics you employ here wont work with BLM or the judge. Every Simon Ka-Voka/Big Sandy project article says something along the lines of "we put forth all our arguments to BLM and we feel we were not heard". No, you were heard - the BLM just didn't agree with you.

And what was the point of Earth Justice sending 31,000 letters to BLM that oppose the project? There's only 2300 Hualapai members in existence, 90% of them probably didnt even write a letter. That leaves 31k Swiss-Alps-lawyer-donating-pseudo-eco-warriors from various states across America that aren't affected by the project. Those voices matter for sure....
