its care and maintainence for the bigger boys, and sell offs of the minors. no institutional investors are throwing money into anything. retail investors have been tapped already. its bleak out there. maybe its time for another BR Pumper or wognutz post/pump. liquidity will be key as price drops, those wanting to exit may not be able to.
