Yep, there whole mantra is hypocritical and self-serving. What still amazes me is the amount time and energy they have wasted to prove a rudimentary concept based on limited facts. As you said it a "bunch of fluff".

Anyway, do you have access to all the court documents in Pacer, which I do not yet. Since, all parties have lodged their "Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions" today. Soon we will know the outcome for this Court stage, but there may be more depending on the evident, the arguments, and the Judge's decision.

Fortunately, we do have the Prairie project. That's one area I give credit to Paul for doing, is the diversification of AZL projects in North American.
