The judge is not going to rule from the bench. In the Thacker Pass case, the judge took a week to issue a decision. I expect about the same here. In any event, there will be an immediate appeal to the Ninth Circuit -- and the judge's reasons for deciding either way, should be in print before the appeals court judges get a look at her decision.
