The Koch DLE unit will be ready in October so AZL has 5 months to get funding. Hopefully the Government comes through with something considering they have have supported E3 so heavily during their development and with AZL we are talking actual production.
Otherwise it will be a cosy winter for those earning several hundred thousand dollars in share based salaries. It's almost as if they'd have no motivation to increase the share price in the short term.
