on the 22nd of November 2022, AZL commissioned a DFS for Big Sandy. This is a requirement for all projects inc DLE - no matter what some may say. In October that year they'd completed their scoping study as required and moved on to the DFS for Sandy. Skipping forward to Prarie and the latest "Path to Production" announcement in Feb 2025 is using PFS figures? What is a PFS ? An early stage analysis of a potential mining project. Will a company get finance on PFS figures, very unlikely. Many large institutional investment companies wait for the studies to be ticked off before entering - its call de-risking. Most will wait to after the DFS and many after a FID before entering a position. The DFS allows for ' independent" analysis, especially of costings and life of mine. GLTAH
