Maybe it's a sign that Acuity Capital is going to be tapped for another payout from the ATM. No one wants to talk about Acuity anymore, but that source is still available, at least for 112 of the 200 million shares that were authorized. I've been looking at some of the other Acuity deals, and it seems that share volume increases a week or so before the transaction is announced. I have no idea how these things work, I had assumed that Acuity gets the shares and then dumps them on the market, but maybe they know when the tap is coming and they sell short.
