1. Brada heads, they have been approved to drill, very small land mass compared to ours. They have nothing on us. They claimed there was an overlap but nothing has eventuates, nothing in the courts, our lawyers are confident as are our management they have no legs to stand on.
2. Plan today is not to drill into the water, who knows down the track whether or not they will be utilised, agree will be fantastic if we can but permits do not include them. only going 300 deep so not reaching the water so as to not girlie anyone any reason to dispute our project. baby steps
