not really. You are talking about dozens of people. Federal court already set a precedent in another lithium mine case. Hulapai people do not own any part of the land, the 165 drill application only goes down 300 and does not reach the water supply. no environmental issues for AZL, this is just a rehash of an old story and mentioned the protest from multiple tribes and activist groups which totalled 70 ppl over 3 days. Thry set up a go fund me page which raised USD1200. They have no legs to stand on and will end up benefiting greatly from high paying jobs for many years to come.
