I love that BLM approval has been short term delayed from end of 2021 to the following quarter in 2022. Would hate for such positive news to be overshadowed by market mayhem and external geopolitical issues & rate rises. Things happen for a reason and hopefully when it’s announced (when, not if) market overall market sentiment has stabilized if not improved to watch that price skyrocket
