To be fair to Biden (and the memory of Martin Niemoller), it was a just and welcome appointment of Rep. Deb Haarland as cabinet secretary and head of the Interior Department. As an AZL shareholder and a lifelong defender of renewable energy, public reserves and First Nation's rights I thought Haarland's declaration on her appointment was balanced and appropriate: “ I’ll be fierce for all of us, our planet, and all of our protected land.”
