well i look at it this way....someone selling because they needed $ & might have bought it for 1c a year ago...but someone buying at 9.5c or higher price...i wouldnt call it dumping.
if it was 8c today and heaps of shares sold at say 5c then yeah that dumping.
otherwise it people taking profit & new buyers thinking 9.5c cheap & thinking drilling permits approved & then it 20 plus cents.
