Exactly correct, especially since AZL is trying to promote it to American investors as a "Qualified Opportunity Zone" where capital gains from other ventures can remain untaxed, if invested in a new one.
Apparently the Canadians are having problems collecting US welfare on that KORE battery plant they dreamed up -- no progress on it for months.
