USA will need to catch up with the production of lithium and other rare earths if they want to remain the only super power of the world.. 80% of their battery imports were made from China last year.. Waiting for BLM approval for ages.. I dont think they are trying to expedite any thing.. same old chill beaurocratic process is not going to take them anywhere..
