Would you say the purchase/incorporation of Trout Creek Ranch should have been announced as securing water rights? It definitely seems very coincidental, but I don't understand why it's yet to be said that we have them, if that's what its for.. unless perhaps they have to wait til BLM have assessed whether they're is suitable for the project?
