Agree.
LF was always saying there would be an appeal after BLM decision and the article reflects this is the path Earthjustice plans to take.
Funny, we haven't been made aware of the actual decision and they are going to appeal, irregardless of any consideration in the BLM Decision being disclosed.
LF will probably come out of the cave again after hibernation and say, I told you so!
It has been said on this forum LF was probably a protester or an indigenous Indian. Just a thought, is it possible they have been communicating with Earthjustice.
