Just found this reading through the Hualapai's comments from last year - they sought hydrologists advice (below) which was included in their submission to the BLM, who have recommended a few technical points moving forward regarding the EA. Just like to make note of the wording - they don't at all state the drilling should not proceed.
The Hualapai are staunchly opposed to the drilling for their own reasons, but it seems even the experts they seek advice from don't see a problem with it going ahead, but only the level of detail in the data collection/proper conduct with protecting the water supply and aquifers. I would assume it would mean AZL hiring a few more experts/engineers to take care of this side of things..
