yes i do agree thay management has dropped ball with that and need to choose words carefully but at the same time blm decision is something thay no one knows when it'll happen, i remember end of last yesr everyone on here claiming "it'll be this week" every week... no one knows including management, they're making it look better or going off small information they've received
