You make good sense Stocki.
A lot of those reasons make it difficult to understand why it has not yet been discovered by the masses.
Lets also remember that it will be more of a quarry than a mine, meaning less costs and more profit than, say, LTR or GLN.
Huge potential, hope you are all well stacked and ready to enjoy the next move up.
It is a nice forum to be on when we all catch the same rocket.
