IMO legal & environmental issues raised by the tribe are still being worked through comprehensively by the BLM & AZL.
As soon as these are all sorted and air-tight, we will get the green light to drill.
If the tribe then tries to take matters further, the BLM and AZL will be fully prepared for any litigation.
Just remain patient and ignore the noise. You're always going to have people on here trying to spruik their up/down-ramping in the mean time.
DYOR anyway this is just my thoughts..
