BLM responded to an email some time ago saying ,words to the effect , that the response will be ready when it's ready, no timeframe, I have been holding for around 2 odd year HWK days, it seems to me , and this is only my opinion/guess, that it is stalled wating for the water rights bill to go through the US congress/Senate, it has been rejected once already, I may be wrong on this and possibly the mid term elections in Nov, One Indian group in Nevada is supporting a mine there (jobs etc) but vartious anti mining protesters from outside (probably Washington/New York) are holding things up in the courts,
DEms not wanting anti mining groups on the warpath before mid terms, again this is just my opinion and I stand to be wrong (I hope so)

The delay gives AZL time to get " the ducks lined up" so to speak to get infrastructure/water sorted and possibler minig application tight and tidy.
