If AZL doesn't have its own report, that alone is enough to lose in court. But take away the 4% area already drilled and there are no samples left to brag about.
The tribe, whose concern is cultural preserva tion? Money is not going to change their position. Offering it may cause them to stand more firm.
Anti-environmentalist lawyers, who will need to be hired if AZL wants to intervene in a lawsuit between the tribe and BLM? If AZL is not already ”lawyered up,” as we say here, they are more naive than I think.
